I appreciate how you recognise the smallest of things that can indicate the quality of candidate you are dealing with. I myself am not in Recruitment but I have done a lot of recruiting and have strong opinions about it and I agree with everything you said. There has been a lot about AI recently and your line on "AI should amplify your voice, not replace it" is 1000% true, I will definitely be repeating that to myself and others.
